Introduction

SwimHub Timer (hereinafter "the App") is an application for overlaying a stopwatch on swimming race videos. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in the App.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information. All video processing is performed locally on your device, and no data is transmitted to external servers.

Device Access

The App may access the following features:

• Photo Library: To import videos and save exported videos
• Microphone: To detect start signal sounds within videos

These accesses are used only for on-device processing, and no data is transmitted externally.

Payment Information Handling

When using the App's paid plan (Premium Plan), payment processing is delegated to the following external services. The App does not directly store credit card numbers or other payment information.

• Stripe, Inc.: Handles subscription payment processing for web-based payments. Stripe provides a PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
• RevenueCat, Inc.: Manages mobile app subscriptions. Payments via Apple App Store / Google Play are processed through RevenueCat.

The App only manages subscription status (active/inactive, plan type, expiration date, etc.). The actual payment information is managed by the above service providers.

Third-Party Disclosure

Personal information is not disclosed to third parties except for the payment processing providers listed above. This does not apply in cases required by law.
